Tours-Guided tours for individuals are available for $10 per person. Group and children's discounts are available. To schedule a tour, please call Beth Roane at 804-379-9554. Garden club tours conducted by our resident horticulturist are also available. Please call Sue Thompson at 804-389-3631 or 804-784-3493. Self-guided tours of the gardens and grounds are available for $3 per person. The easel fee for artists is $10. An honor box is located at the entrance to the main house compound.


Events-The grounds at Tuckahoe can accommodate up to 1,500 persons. Fees include use of grounds, parking, and restroom facilities and vary depending on day of the week, time of year, site location and number of guests. Catering, tent rental, entertainment, flowers, special decorations and other services are available. Please call Sue Thompson at 804-389-3631 to discuss your event details and pricing.
Horse Boarding-With a modern stable, riding ring with year-round footing and over 600 acres of fields, woodlands and trails, Tuckahoe is a wonderful place to board your horse. For details, please call Susan Donovan at 804-784-3679.
Directions-From downtown Richmond, take I-64 west to Exit 180A (Gaskins Road South). Take Gaskins Road 3.7 mi. to River Road. Turn right on River Road 2.8 mi. to the Tuckahoe Plantation entrance on the left with an historic marker. Turn left into the tree-lined lane .6 mi. to the designated parking area.
